Our Principal

Welcome to Torrence Creek Elementary School!

It is an honor and a privilege to serve as the principal of our exceptional Eagle community. With 25 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles, including classroom teacher, special education teacher, diagnostician, EC facilitator, Dean of Students, Assistant Principal, and now Principal. These experiences have shaped my commitment to fostering a culture of excellence where high expectations, meaningful relationships, and student success remain at the forefront of all we do.

At Torrence Creek Elementary, we are dedicated to ensuring that every Eagle has the opportunity to learn, grow, and soar to their fullest potential. We celebrate achievement, embrace challenges, and work collaboratively to create a positive and supportive environment for both students and staff.

Community & Safety Partnerships

One of the many strengths of Torrence Creek is our rich diversity and strong sense of community. Our families and community partners play an essential role in our school's success, and we value the partnerships that help our students thrive. I encourage you to become actively involved in our school community whenever possible.

To help us maintain a safe and supportive environment, please keep the following in mind:

• Volunteer Registration: All CMS volunteers must register annually and select Torrence Creek Elementary as their volunteer site.
• Visitor Security: For the safety and security of our students and staff, all visitors are required to present a photo ID when signing in at the front office.

About Me

On a personal note, my husband and I enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with our two grown children. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Master's degrees in both Special Education and Educational Leadership. As a proud University of Florida Gator, I will always cheer for the orange and blue, but I also enjoy supporting Purdue University and the University of South Carolina, the alma maters of my children.

I am deeply committed to serving our students, staff, families, and the greater Torrence Creek community. I look forward to partnering with you as we continue to build upon our tradition of excellence and create opportunities for every student to succeed. Together, we will ensure that all Eagles reach their full potential.

We are proud to be TCE Eagles!

Warm regards,
